Rosacea

Rosacea is a chronic skin condition affecting the face with following symptoms: redness of the cheeks, flushing in response to emotional or environmental triggers, sometimes red spots and pustules. The causes of this disease are unknown, but we think that there is a genetic factor and some involvement of small blood vessels. Rosecea has tendency to evolve and worsen, so it’s important to begin the proper therapy as soon as possible. The therapy includes topical medications, oral pills, diet prescription and, when it’s necessary, device treatments.
